Take-Two Interactive Software, the US firm behind Grand Theft Auto creator Rockstar Games, is to relocate its European headquarters to London.

Headquartered in New York City, the firm is a leading developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment and develops and publishes products principally through its wholly-owned labels Rockstar Games and 2K.

It has now announced plans to move its 150 UK staff from Windsor to 30 Cleveland Street, having signed a lease with landlord Blue Coast Capital for all 40,000 sq ft.

Blue Cast Capital’s asset management director, John Stacey, said: “T2 is a an ideal occupier for this building which has great design style, but also provides high quality offices.

“It’s very apt that a building which dates back to the 1930s and was once let to Dennis Publishing - one of the most innovative publishers of the late 20th century - will now be occupied by a business which is so emblematic of contemporary creativity.”
