About Better Placed

Better Placed was established from a shared passion for recruitment, but also a desire to offer something different; something honest and genuine; something that would make us stand out from the crowd.

With two offices established in the North we opened our London office in 2011 and have grown from strength to strength. We now have a team of senior consultants who focus on Marketing, Sales, Digital, Agency and FMCG functions with a national coverage through offices in London, Leeds and Manchester.    

Our mission as a business is to be positively different in recruitment and retained search – to be great people to work with and to offer a great place to work. Our colleagues seem to agree as we were recently voted 4th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to work for. We aim to be approachable, trusted, consultative, transparent, innovative and above all, successful partners for our clients. Our team of directors, consultants, researchers and administrative staff all share a passion to deliver a great experience in a flexible and proactive manner.

This focus and reliability is the foundation of a huge number of long-standing relationships and one of the reasons we enjoy so many recommendations and referrals.
