Ad-Lib Digital makes key senior hires

Creative technology advertising platform Ad-Lib Digital plows onwards in its recruitment drive with three senior appointments, including the first Global Head of Operations and Finance.

Stacey Edwards has bagged the new role; meaning she is the second hire that Ad-Lib have made from Criteo in the past two months. Sales will now be headed up by Charlie Ashe, an experienced programmatic strategist, whilst client services will be ran by Merkle Periscopix’s ex digital strategy lead, Scarlett Long.

The London-based agency delivers targeted ads across display, video and social platforms. Since it was founded in September 2017, it has worked with big company names such as Nestle, Warner Bros, Made, HSBC and Virgin Media.

The firm is still actively recruiting across their London, Dubai and Singapore offices, founder Oli Marlow Thomas confirmed.

He continued: “As we enter our second year of operation, we are on an aggressive mission to hire the best in class talent to handle our growing blue-chip client list. This is a dynamic time for the industry, and I’m excited by the calibre of people joining the Ad-Lib team who bring with them the necessary skills and expertise to manage our ambitious growth and expansion plans.”

This recruitment drive began following the announcement of a new advisory board, set up by serial entrepreneur, David Phillipson, who sold his app analytics attribution company AdX-tracking to Criteo in 2013, and Patrick Collister, formerly ECD and of Ogilvy & Mather. The start-up is the only certified creative partner of both Google and Facebook in EMEA.
