"Making a difference": Rebranded Mars hoping to shape tomorrow's world

Global manufacturer Mars Incorporated, parent company to a huge number of household brands including Uncle Ben's, Whiskas, Galaxy, and Dolmio, has undergone a rebrand.

The new face of the company is intended to demonstrate their efforts to move away from their origins in confectionery production, and towards a more generally business-focused image.

It features a more modern-looking design as well as a clear statement of their values. "The world we want tomorrow starts with how we do business today” is the mission statement - along with a dedication to "making a difference" through their "115,000 Associates pushing in the same direction."

To show off better the broad portfolio of brands under the umbrella of Mars, they have segmented their interests into Mars Food, Mars Petcare and Mars Wrigley Confectionery. A fourth, Mars Edge, is their entrepreneurial segment - with a focus on desirable and nutritious food.
