R/GA appoints Google’s Andre Le Masurier as EMEA chief creative officer

Ad agency R/GA has appointed Google's Andre Le Masurier as its new chief creative officer for EMEA.

Lonon-based Le Masurier will start his new role at the end of April. He joins the firm from Google's Brand Studio, where he nurtured a full-service in-house design team. Before that he worked at 72andSunny, AKQA and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Matt Lodder, EVP managing director for EMEA, said: “Our industry often bemoans the exodus of its top talent to tech giants, so Andre’s transition from Google to R/GA is a great show of confidence in both our agency and the creative industry at large.
