Black Swan Data boosts management with two senior hires
London-based march firm Black Swan Data, said it has appointed a new Chief People Officer and a new Chief Technology Officer as part of its growth strategy.
Pam Roberts has been appointed to the role of Chief People Officer and Allen Atwell has been named as the firm’s new Chief Technology Officer.
The company which was founded in 2011, is one of Europe’s biggest data science and technology companies. It currently employs more than 250 people in offices in London, Exeter, Los Angeles, New York, Cape Town, Budapest and Szeged.
Black Swan provides predictive data analytics tools that give brands cutting-edge consumer insights into their products and services.
“As Black Swan enters its next phase of growth and as we expand our operations and client base, making sure that we have the right people looking after our technology and our team has been a vital step”, said Steve King, co-founder and CEO of Black Swan.
“Pam is a hugely experienced and impressive Chief People Officer and will help our staff get the best out of their current roles and be the best Swans they can be. Allen’s industry pedigree will help us ensure our tech offering continues to evolve and deliver impact for our clients.”
Both new hires will join the London headquarters of the firm
