L.E.K makes 15 new hires to help businesses grow

Boston and London based consultancy firm, L.E.K Consulting, has appointed 15 new partners across the globe, to help expand the firm’s clientele.

The partnerships include 14 promotions and one new hire. Sej Brar, who is also a member of the Pharma & Life Sciences practice, has joined the London team. His role includes corporate and commercial strategy, business development and investment due diligence. Sej held roles at the Monitor Group and Deloitte before joining L.E.K.

Another hire made in the London office is Romain Maitret; a Computer Science graduate who is now a member of L.E.K.'s Retail and Consumer Products practice. His job is to oversee the sector's data and analytics capability. He also works with clients on market entry and strategic positioning, business plan development, customer segmentation, channel and go-to-market strategy, and ecommerce.
