Manchester City's partner Nissan has challenged a selection of the club's top players to make a spy film in just one hour, in association with London sports marketing specialists Dark Horses.

Kevin De Bruyne, Kyle Walker and İlkay Gündoğan had to create a teaser for their own film, working with the Next Generation Nissan Juke, resulting in a two-and-a-half minute spot for social media that follows the film being made, from storyline and character creation to filming the action and car chase scenes.

Ultimately, the players named their own film - and the finished version, 'A Little Bit Quick', follows the drama of two special agents chasing "the evil Dark Illy" (Gündoğan).

A teaser appeared on January 2nd, and the full film goes live across social media today (January 9th).

Steve Howell, Creative Partner at Dark Horses, said: “Kevin, Kyle and Illy were fantastic to work with and really threw themselves into the concept and the production with classic City energy and intensity.

"The boys done good, to borrow a classic football phrase.”

Three-year-old agency Dark Horses was named 5th Fastest Growing Agency in the World by Adweek, and won Independent Agency of the Year at the 2019 Prolific London Awards.
