Twisted to launch Central London film studio
UK food and drink brand, Twisted, is launching a film studio at the brand new Market Hall West End at London’s Oxford Circus.
The site, which occupies part of the historic BHS building, will open its doors to the public in November 2019, following a large scale refurbishment.
The Twisted studio will see the launch of new content series filmed at Market Hall West End including face to camera formats a la ‘Saturday Kitchen’, interviews with famous chefs as well as a new Twisted podcast.
The team will also film their celebrity “Hangin’ With” episodes at the studio that have so far featured the likes of Lewis Capaldi (main picture) and James Arthur, as well as their classic top down recipe videos.
The new studio is opening up innovative new ways for brands to partner with Twisted via events, workshops, new content series and partnerships that integrate Market Hall West End itself.
The custom built Twisted Studio will feature a neon Twisted sign on the exterior wall as well as a window that looks into the studio, allowing visitors to take a glimpse of the action.
Around the back there will be a large private dining space for up to 50 where Twisted will host events, supper clubs and workshops.
The new studio marks another offline footprint for Twisted as it also expands its delivery only restaurant ‘Twisted London’ across the UK.
Last month Twisted announced Twisted: A Cookbook which is being published in April 2020 by Hodder and Stoughton, and later this month the online Twisted Store will launch with a collection of Twisted kitchenware.

Market Hall venues
Market Halls’ flagship venue is its third and most ambitious site yet and will be the largest food hall in the UK covering 35,000 sq ft over three floors with over 900 covers.
The impressive space also features 11 independent food traders including the likes of COOKDAILY, Gopal’s Corner and Baozilnn as well as four bars including one on the roof with views over London.
