LinkedIn Pages get new engagement options in overhaul

LinkedIn Pages admins now have a range of new options, with a set of new features rolling out this week.

The headline change is the addition of new CTAs to Pages: Contact Us; Learn More; Register; Sign Up; and Visit Website.

Each of the pre-made CTAs include built-in basic analytics, allowing Pages admins to track CTR.

In an additional change, LinkedIn is rolling out what it calls 'Community Hashtags'. These tags allow users to peg their Pages content to specific topics or discussions.

This could be a useful tool for marketers looking to position their brand within popular conversations, or to carve out a new space on the platform.

Finally, admins can now edit Pages from mobile devices, although they are limited to certain basic elements of the Page.

More detailed editing must still be done on desktop. Similarly, the new CTAs and Community Hashtags are also only available on desktop.
