CX agency Proximity London and Thunderhead launch strategic partnership

Proximity London, the customer experience agency, has launched a strategic partnership with customer engagement firm Thunderhead.

Thunderhead specialises in customer engagement and journey orchestration. It will offer its ONE Engagement Hub to enable Proximity to leverage what it says is an industry-first opportunity for customer experiences based on real-time omnichannel engagement.

The ONE platform uses machine learning and AI to monitor customer activity and journeys in real time, and to then interpret that information to deliver insight on intent.

Thunderhead has been named a leader or one-to-watch in a number of awards and rankings, including the CRM Watchlist 2019 and Forrester Wave reports.
