MZ Wallace, the American nylon accessories company which specialises in high quality handbags, has appointed UK agency Croud as its digital marketing agency, in order to help drive global growth across key markets.

Croud’s localisation expertise and flexible approach were key factors in the appointment, as MZ Wallace moves to expand into Japan, the UK, Canada and Australia – its next strategic key markets.

“We chose Croud to help us drive forward our global growth plans: to grow in existing markets and to expand into others,” said YuJin Yong, Director of Digital.

“Croud stood out to us for their proprietary technology, flexible approach, and ability to move into international markets with speed.”

Kris Tait, Croud’s Managing Director in the US, added “It is an exciting time for MZ Wallace, with this owner-led business having seen incredible organic growth over the past four years.

“We are very pleased to welcome them to our growing portfolio of retail clients, and help them achieve their digital marketing goals across international markets.”

Croud will be providing paid social and localisation support to help deliver sales at an efficient ROI and grow international markets.

The agency’s proprietary technology platform, ‘Croud Control’, together with its 2,300 ‘Croudies’ – a crowd-sourced network of global digital experts - allow its clients access to a unique combination of global reach and local, in-market insight, the firm said.
