Zoopla, the UK property portal, has appointed multi-award-winning agency Lucky Generals as its new creative partner.
Lucky Generals was chosen after a competitive pitch process and will help Zoopla bring to life its brand and highlight the role the company plays in the lives of renters, buyers, sellers and landlords.
The London-based online property portal said the agency’s work will begin immediately.
“Our ambition is to be the UK’s number one property destination and in Lucky Generals we have found the perfect partner to help us reach our goal”, said Gary Bramall, Zoopla CMO.
“Their ability to combine incredible creative ideas with an unrivalled strategic insight made them stand out in a competitive field.
“They understand our brand and had great chemistry with the team. We can’t wait to begin working with them.”
Lucky Generals CEO Katie Lee said: "Sometimes when you meet a team you just know that you'll walk over hot coals to get to work with them.
“They're an inspirational leadership team in a category that we are all completely obsessed by, on a mission to become number one. We're looking forward to helping them do it."
Working with Goodstuff
London-based Lucky Generals will work alongside Goodstuff Communications, Zoopla’s media agency. Goodstuff was recently awarded Campaign’s Media Agency of the Year and has worked with Zoopla since 2016.
Founded in 2007, Zoopla is a successful property marketplace offering services to renters, buyers, sellers and landlords across the UK.
Its website has around 55 million visits a month and 1.4 million unique users a month.
The company returned to private ownership in July 2018 after a purchase by a group led by American private equity firm Silver Lake.
Since the purchase a new leadership team has been implementing a focused strategy, investing substantially in talent, technology, marketing and sales to help Zoopla improve the service it offers consumers and meet its ambitious growth plans.
