Charities team up with JBI Digital to launch chatbot service

Missing People, Children In Need, and the NSPCC have launched IsThisOK?, a new chatbot service.

The service is designed to provide support and reassurance to young people between the ages of 13 and 18 and who are vulnerable to abuse or exploitation.

As part of its ongoing collaboration with Missing People, JBI Digital was asked to support the launch of the IsThisOK?, campaign and its accompanying chatbot service.

JBI developed a brand for IsThisOK?, along with a forthcoming marketing campaign.

The agency also produced a pro bono YouTube pre-roll to accompany the launch.
