Engage Hub launches pup influencer programme

Social media and Influencer agency, Engage Hub, has launched a barking cool initiative called Engage Pup as part of its search for the next generation of most likeable dogs. 

A brand-new Influencer programme built specifically for dogs, Engage Pup will manage, develop and grow canine talent, taking dogs with Instagram potential and developing them into stars, the agency said. 

The company said it hopes to discover some hidden talents and is inviting applications from owners who think their dog could be the next pet sensation.

Engage Pup is the latest expansion from parent agency Engage Hub, which works with global brands such as Remington, Russell Hobbs and Bud Light. 

Brands want to work with dogs

“More and more brands are asking to work with dogs rather than people”, said Charly Booth, Engage Hub’s Head of Influencer. 

“We're confident that a dog talent side of the agency will grow the influencer marketing department and allow us to work with some huge household names.”

Engage Founder, Ray Sherlock said the pup influencer programme was a dream come true: “Working with dogs has always been a goal of mine, so this new side of the agency is a real highlight for the business growth”, said Ray Sherlock, Engage Hub’s founder.

Alongside its growth into canine talent, Manchester-born Engage Hub is also expanding its premises, having opened a London office in January 2019 and a Dublin branch due to launch later this Spring. 

Engage Hub is also sponsoring marketing industry event the Cannes Lion festival in June 2019.
