Twycross-Lewis named new Head of Insight at PHD

Communications planning and buying agency PHD has appointed Louise Twycross-Lewis as Head of Insight within the agency's data, insight and marketing science team, Discovery.

Twycross-Lewis, an experienced media research specialist, was previously Head of Quantitative Research at Wavemaker. At PHD UK, she'll be responsible for designing innovative new insight services, and supporting strategic planning.

With more than 20 years spent at a range of leading media businesses, Twycross-Lewis has held roles at IPC Media, Mirror Group Newspapers, and Granada.
