Datasine appoints industry veteran as Chairman
Mark Popkiewicz, a veteran within advertising and MarTech, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board at Datasine, providers of AI-powered ad optimisation and personalisation platform Connect.
Datasine has also welcomed Stefan Britton as Chief Revenue Officer to scale the company through its next phase of growth. Recent clients taken on at Datasine include BNP Paribas and Hello Bank.
The MarTech business, founded in 2015, empowers brands to create personalised content without the guesswork, utilising AI with insights rooted in psychology.
New Chairman Popkiewicz is an experienced specialist who's spent time at companies including Braid Systems, Eicon Networks, SDX Business Systems, Lucent Technologies, Mobile Media and even the BBC. He's been on the advisory board of Wyvern Partners and was an NED for Imagineer Systems, and has successfully been involved in trade exits and IPOs worth more than £1 billion in total.
Most recently, Popkiewicz founded Mirriad Advertising, the video monetisation platform. In 2019, Mirriad partnered with global publishing house Condé Nast.
