Creative agency BrandOpus has promoted Louise de Ste. Croix to Head of Growth - and appointed Ali Dawkins, Alice Waterman, Kim Dunphy and Nikki Moeschinger as Associate Partners.

As the London-headquartered agency continues to grow across North America and Australasia, it has made the move to appoint these new roles. De Ste. Croix was previously BrandOpus's Client Development Director and Founding Partner.

She will oversee development across the entire agency, with a specific focus on the UK and US market.

The first of the four new Associate Partners is Ali Dawkins who has been with BrandOpus since 2011, relocating to New York in 2014 to become Business Director. The second, Kim Dunphy, is also New York-based, working as the branch's Creative Director. The next, US Business Director, Alice Waterman, leads the BrandOpus studio in Chicago, which opened in January 2019. And finally, Managing Director Nikki Moeschinger is based in Melbourne and joined BrandOpus in 2018.

BrandOpus CEO and Founder, Nir Wegrzyn, said: “The last few years have seen an exciting period of rapid global expansion, but this isn’t a time to stand still. In these changes we are recognising the incredible work our team has done to get us here and their ability to continue consolidating our existing relationships and building new partnerships. It’s always a rewarding moment when we can promote from within.”

De Ste. Croix said: "Clients are looking for agencies to help them navigate a more disparate and challenging environment than we’ve seen before. We are building global brands that are more memorable, disruptive and effective in an ever-changing landscape.”
