London-based audience and insight specialist Encore Digital Media has announced two senior Commercial Manager hires.

The company, which works with brands including Google, Lenovo and Santander, has appointed Olivia Rainford (left, main photo) as Commercial Manager for its B2B vertical and Francesca Ramsey (right, main photo), Commercial Manager for its Finance vertical.

Rainford joins Encore Digital Media from marketing and advertising company, Mediaforce, where she spent three years working within print and digital media, specifically direct buy and programmatic.

Her role at Encore will incorporate the company’s aims to expand its B2B offering, adding sectors such as property, transport and hospitality.

Ramsey is welcomed into Encore’s recently launched Finance team, spearheaded by ex-Dennis Publishing's John Perry.

Ramsey’s niche expertise in property finance will further expand Encore’s product offering as it aims to explore potential clients in the mortgage intermediary sector.

Ramsey joins the team after three years at Mortgage Introducer, a widely read mortgage media title.

Commenting on her new role, Ramsey said: “Joining Encore Digital Media is a fantastic opportunity; it is a space in which I can bring my knowledge and skills and put them into practice in a new and exciting industry.

“I look forward to working closely with John to push the finance division in new directions.”

These two new hires boost the company’s headcount growth to 70% in 2019, aligning itself with outlined plans created between co-founders, Dan Shaw and Guy O’Brien, alongside the company’s newly appointed Non-Executive Chairman, Marc Mendoza.

CEO, Dan Shaw, added: “Olivia and Fran join at an exciting time for Encore; not only are we growing in number, our expertise and offerings also continue to expand and grow creating inspiring opportunities for current and future clients.”
