Digital agency Organic has appointed Tim Burley as the agency’s first ever Head of Client Services.

Joining from graphic design and brand experience agency, Believe In, where he was Strategic Director, Burley will oversee the agency’s client service and commercial function, drawing on over 20 years of experience.

His hire will help bolster the agency’s client relationships, with key responsibilities focusing on leading client retention and growth.

Burley will report into recently appointed MD, Ben Scoggins, as the agency works towards ambitious growth expansion targets.

Burley has also held previous roles as Managing Director at Design Stable and a Director at Red Rocket. Burley’s client experience includes: Fontsmith, Eden Project, Greenwich Peninsula, UKHO and Pinnacle Group.

His experience working across a diverse range of clients, alongside his previous senior roles, will stand him in good stead as he embarks on his client services role at Organic.

Commenting on his appointment, Burley said: “Having known of Organic for a while now, I’ve recently become aware of their evolved and sophisticated offering.

“I’m really looking forward to strengthening the experiences that their clients enjoy and working with a great team to deliver real value.

“From a personal perspective the company’s commitment to ‘Digital for Good’ and their recently acquired B Corps status have both added to the appeal.”

Ben Scoggins, MD at Organic, adds: "I'm really thrilled to welcome Tim into the Organic family. Not only does he bring a wealth of client experience and undeniable gravitas, he's also a fantastic cultural fit.

“I look forward to him getting stuck in and seeing what he can bring to the agency in 2020."
