The Creative Engagement Group boosts creative team with senior hires

Multi-strand agency The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) has brought on board three new senior creative directors. 

The firm, which has its UK headquarters in London, said the hires were part of a move to further strengthen the creative output of its live experiences, communications, interactive and immersive content offerings in Europe and the US.

Alex McDonnell joins as a content Creative Director in London, bringing a wealth of experience in developing compelling stories and films. 

McDonnell was previously creative director and head of film for the London content agency Evidently, where clients include Dove, Lifebuoy, Unilever, Sanofi Genzyme and Battersea Power Station.

Paul Fidler also joins TCEG in London, where he will work as a Live Creative Director. 

Recently, Fidler was Associate Creative Director at brand experience agency Wasserman, where he worked on clients including Nike, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Martini, Vodafone, Sky, HP and Formula One.

Fidler has also worked at agencies FKC and Crossing O’Sullivan, where he headed up creative on many well known brands including Virgin Media, Papa John’s, Old Spice, M&S, Panasonic, Technics and TATA Steel, making broadcast, commercial and corporate content for clients.

And Jessica Meeks joins TCEG’s Philadelphia office, where she will take on the role of a Live Creative Director for the US. 

She was previously a Creative Director for the San Francisco office of London agency Instinctif Partners, where she built creative engagement programs, events and experiences. 

Meeks, who has worked with clients such as GoPro, Tesla, eBay, and Timbuk2, previously, held positions at agencies including Jack Morton Worldwide and George P Johnson.
