Integrated agency Clarity has appointed Katrina Howell as its new creative director.

Howell joins from Red Bee Creative, where she was also CD. She has also held positions at Concept!AG and Rmg:connect.

In those positions Howell has previously worked with clients including the BBC, UKTV, FOX Networks, and HSBC. She has also been part of Cannes Lions-winning teams.

In her new position Howell will report to Clarity founder and creative partner Jeremy Harvey. She will lead the creative team, and will help to develop Clarity's brand.

Commenting on the appointment, Harvey said: “With Katrina’s expertise in creating and leading successful and multi-discipline creative and design teams, she’s a perfect addition to the agency. Katrina will be helping us to define new brand strategies as well as looking at how we can translate them into insight driven customer-focussed branded user experiences.

"Because of Katrina’s background in digital we’re excited to see what additional knowledge she can bring to the team and explore how we can further develop the studio’s offering over the coming months!”
