VaynerMedia London have appointed a new vice president of global media.

Ben Allison will relocate from New York, and will support Vayner's expansion in EMEA and APAC following new client wins.

He will also retain his role as VP of paid media in the US.

Allison joined VaynerMedia in the States four years ago, and has helped build the company's internal media training systems for graduate talent.

He has also worked on a roster of clients including J.P. Morgan Chase, PepsiCo, and Unilever.

Commenting on the appointment, Sarah Baumann, managing director of VaynerMedia London, said: “VaynerMedia London is growing fast and we are bringing in people brimming with experience, enthusiasm and new ideas.

“Ben is an expert in his field and will be opening up new global business opportunities for us. Since joining the team myself earlier this year, I am incredibly excited about the direction we're heading in and the unique way we provide transparency and growth.

"Ben has an intuitive understanding of how to bring Attention, Culture and Empathy to life, working to deliver outstanding business results for our clients.”

Allison added: “It has been a fantastic experience working at VaynerMedia in New York and I could not pass up the opportunity to join the expanding team in the UK.

“The agency is continually evolving, listening to where consumer attention is headed, and crafting ways to disrupt the sector. I am really looking forward to working within a new market for VaynerMedia, to provide transparency, performance and partnership to our regional and global clients.”
