Cantarus names James Fear as Principal Consultant for London
Manchester-based digital agency Cantarus has named James Fear as Principal Consultant, who will be based in the firm’s London office.
Fear has held senior management and director-level positions for over twenty years, the last ten of which have focused on working with membership and education organisations to provide them with viable, practical and successful business solutions.
He has supported over 75 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and 30 membership organisations, with the delivery of their marketing communications, specifically relating to matters concerning recruitment, retention and engagement.
He has established a strong rapport with stakeholders at all levels, across a wide variety of roles.
Through extensive relationship-building, long-term strategic partnerships and regular industry event attendance, including CASE, NAFSA (domestic and international education conferences) and membership conferences, Fear has developed a vast knowledge of the workings, culture and personnel within these sectors.
He has a strong understanding of the relevant terminology and appreciation of the needs and challenges faced, as well as remaining sensitive to matters like budgetary constraints.
His approach remains one where integrity sits at the core of any given consultative advice provided.
“It is a genuine privilege to welcome James as Principal Consultant”, said Lee Adams, CEO at Cantarus.
“As an executive with over a decade of director-level experience, James brings a wealth of experience, expertise and passion for delivering the very best to clients, notably in membership and higher education.
“James will use his client-side knowledge of the challenges faced by our target markets to help us refine our existing products and services to deliver best-in-class value, whilst also bringing fresh ideas to generate innovative new solutions to both new and existing market segments.”
Fear’s appointment follows the firm’s recent appointment of another Principal Consultant in the form of Mark Eichler.
