TMW Unlimited have appointed a new CEO, nabbing Chris Mellish from Razorfish.

Mellish will be responsible for growing TMW further, following a series of client wins including Absolut and the Department of International Trade. It now employs around 300 people.

The new head spent 14 years at Razorfish, rising to its top position in 2010. Prior to that he put in a stint at Blackbook.

Commenting on the appointment, Unlimited Group chief executive Tim Hassett said: “Great agencies are built with great people and leaders. Chris is an exceptionally talented individual who brings incredible energy, deep expertise and world-class client service skills to a critical role here at Unlimited.

"We exist to deliver impactful work on behalf of our clients and Chris is absolutely committed to that mission.”

Mellish added: “In today's complex and interconnected marketing landscape, TMW’s deep digital expertise, combined with its heritage in CRM means it can offer clients a unique way to develop ideas that drive tangible actions across the entire customer experience.

"I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to lead TMW Unlimited into this next phase of growth and bring this promise to life.”
