Edit, the agency owned by Kin + Carta, today announced that it is strengthening its leadership team with three new senior hires.

Marc Dallimore joins as associate director of insights, Arianne Donoghue as associate director of digital strategy, and John Ward as growth consultant.

Dallimore has worked in agencies including Dentsu and Wavemaker, and has experience building data and technology infrastructure within the retail, travel, and financial sectors.

Donoghue began her career in PPC, and has since worked for brands including Razorfish and Mamas & Papas.

Meanwhile Ward boasts 14 years' experience for companies including Trinity Mirror Plc, Blueclaw, and twentysix. He will specialise in new business opportunities.

The appointments follow strong growth for Edit over the last year, with the company winning clients including Shell, The Rank Group, and Salvation Army.

The company achieved turnover of £32 million, and now employs 200 people in London, Bath, and Leeds.

Commenting on the appointments, Edit CEO Damian Coverdale said: “We’ve achieved a huge amount in our first year, from re-shaping our proposition, continuing to deliver great work to our clients and making strategic investments in our people.

“These fantastic hires demonstrate that our approach is working, and this is down to the commitment everyone in the business has shown around aligning behind the new Edit brand.”
