Think Jam bolsters team count with eight new hires

Think Jam, the entertainment marketing agency with offices in London and LA, has announced multiple new senior hires to strengthen the agency’s consultancy services.

The new hires will also expand the firm’s product offerings to complement its existing publicity, social, design, online advertising and video storytelling capabilities.

Client Service Director 

Among the new talent hires is Thea Parnell, who joins the agency as Client Service Director. Thea is an experienced communications professional with a proven track record of building relationships and delivering impactful campaigns for international businesses. 

Before joining Think Jam Parnell worked closely with brands such as the Financial Times, Reuters, Vodafone and McAfee.

Social Media Director 

Claire Dikecogu is the new Social Media Director at Think Jam. She is currently leading the social team, providing clients with the best in class strategic thinking, inspiring creative vision and exemplary executions. 

Dikecogu is a savvy and passionate social media expert and prior to Think Jam, she led social campaigns for brands such as Sky, Amazon, Sony Electronics or L’Oreal, the agency said.

Head of Insights

Working closely with Claire is multi-award winner Louise Engelbertsen, Head of Insights, an expert in data and behavioural intelligence analytics. 

With data and strategic insights at the forefront of strategic thinking and creative solutions, Engelbertsen and her team have an instrumental role in shaping Think Jam’s strategic recommendations and campaigns.

Director of Influencer Marketing 

Another senior addition to the team is Freya Lifely, Director of Influencer Marketing. Freya’s role is to oversee influencer campaigns across the UK and USA offices, making sure the agency delivers the best in class solutions for our clients by working closely with the social and publicity teams. 

Recently, Lifely was advising Universal Pictures’ on their global influencer strategy and in the past, she consulted for brands such as Penguin Random House, Nickelodeon and Fox Pictures.

Senior Director video content 

Webby Award winner, Aaron Kelly is the new Senior Director for video content. Kelly’s job is to launch build and grow Think Jam’s new dedicated video content service, MAKE24 - more details to be announced soon. 

Prior to Think Jam Kelly was a Creative Director at Super News Live in Los Angeles (acquired by the Webedia Group) and before that he led content and community at Movie Pilot where he helped build a Facebook movie fan community of more than 32 million fans.

Business Development Director 

Joining in as Business Development Director is Chris Breeze, who has an extensive background in marketing partnerships and digital advertising. 

Breeze is driving Think Jam sales and development as well as leading brand partnerships with major sport, gaming and entertainment brands. 

Before joining Think Jam, Breeze spent four years as a Business Development Manager at NBA (National Basketball Association), negotiating marketing partnerships with some of the world’s leading brands. 

And for over a decade Breeze worked for Microsoft, including five years within the Xbox international digital advertising team.

Senior Director and Social Director 

The Think Jam LA office has also two additions to the team. Anna Heidecker, Senior Director, and Jane Lee who joins the agency as Social Account Director. 

Heidecker has an outstanding strategy background, having worked with brands such as NFL, Starbucks, Microsoft and Time Warner.  

At Think Jam Heidecker is responsible for strategy while retaining, amplifying audience engagement and fandom. Jane Lee brings senior leadership to the LA social team and will be driving new business opportunities. 

In the past, Lee led social campaigns and accounts for brands such as Microsoft Cortana, Microsoft AI, AOL or Snoop Dog and she was awarded a Clio Award for her work with FX’s Legion TV series.

These new hires reinforce the agency-client service capabilities while supporting its continued growth and expansion, the firm said.

 Just this year, and following an investment from Dorfman Media Holdings, the agency saw brands such as TikTok, Penguin Ladybird, Bethesda and  Sony Pictures, joining the existing client portfolio.
