Ogilvy UK bolsters strategy leadership with new hires
Ogilvy UK has announced the addition of two new strategy heads, strengthening its leadership team.
Sarah Blackman joins as head of strategic innovation, while Kate Wheaton will work as head of customer engagement strategy.
Blackman has led European and global strategy for brands including Nestle, Philadelphia, and Maybelline, and comes from a post at Accenture Interactive.
Wheaton joins Ogilvy from TMW Unlimited where she has worked as director of strategy since 2011, leading a team of 30.
Both will report to Gen Kobayashi, head of strategy and communications. Between them they will oversee a team of 75 strategists.

Blackman added: “Coming from the creative consulting world, I look forward to diving into Ogilvy and working with teams across the business.
