Goodstuff appoints first non-executive directors

GoodStuff has announced a significant investment in their senior management line-up with the appointment of three Non-Executive Directors (NED’s) which they have nicknamed "Goodstuff Gurus".

The company has created their first formal group of external advisors, the Goodstuff Gurus, to advise on three core areas: business, culture and brand.

The aim is to ensure that GoodStuff receive the best external advice and counsel to ensure their offering remains modern, progressive, in tune with clients marketing requirements.

Ben Hayes, co-founder said: “As we continue to build brand Goodstuff we need the best people around us to challenge, inspire and counsel us. Never in a million years did we think the likes of Nick Horswell, Helen Hatton and Sonia Sudhakar would join us but they have and we’re very excited about the next chapter.”

Nick Horswell, said: “I’m delighted to join the team more formally now,  and advise the business through this next very exciting phase”

Helen Hatton, said: “I’ve been working with the amazing team at Goodstuff for a few years now and am delighted to be joining Nick and Sonia as NEDs. I look forward to supporting the leadership team in taking the business from strength to strength.”

Sonia Sudhakar, said: “Having been a champion of Goodstuff’s work for many years now, I’m delighted to be joining them in this capacity and look forward to helping the team build and grow that Goodstuff magic.”
