Spark Foundry UK has announced the promotion of its former Joint Head of Investment, Lee Lythe, to Chief Investment Officer.

Lythe returns to the agency, which is one of Publicis Media's global agency brads, at the start of next month, having been on maternity leave. In her previous investment role she handled  clients such as Asda, GSK, Kayak and Dixons Carphone.

As Chief Investment Officer she will oversee all Spark Foundry UK's media investments, trading activities and commercial partnerships. She will drive integration of investment into the wider Spark Foundry.

Lee Lythe said: “Being part of the investment leadership team for the last six years has allowed me to play an integral part in defining our proposition and delivering to clients. I'm really excited about fostering an energetic start up culture whilst having the trading weight of Publicis Media behind us, ensuring that we maintain an agile and responsive culture both within the investment team and the entire agency.”

Lindsay Turner, CEO at Spark Foundry UK, said: “Lee is a passionate trader who always goes that extra mile to deliver outstanding results to clients. She has a brilliant proven track record, alongside excellent relationships with valued media partners. We are really excited to see her 'bring the heat' to our investment team.”
