Digital agency ORM promotes from within for Business Director roles

London-based digital agency ORM has tapped its internal talent for two senior business director roles within the company.

The appointments come as the lead on one of the firm’s largest client accounts departed ORM, paving the way for James Elliott to take over the role; and for Clare Lambert, former Senior Account Director alongside James, to step into his role.

James has been at ORM for just over a year, joining the business to lead on a number of our key accounts. Clare joined last summer to support on specific clients, most notably growing ORM’s Asset Management practice. 

They both support on new business pitches and on-boarding new clients, who sit within key accounts when they first partner with ORM.

“It’s a fantastic position for us to be in, having such great talent already at ORM that we can confidently promote and help develop both their careers and our agency”, said ORM’s Managing Director, Keith Nation.
