Red-Fern Media in Lancashire has teamed up with the founder of Strawberry Marketing as it seeks to become a £4m turnover agency.

The agency’s directors are now working with Strawberry’s Jonathan Leafe to implement the 5 year plan, and founder, Sean Redfern, explained that he began the transition from a lifestyle agency, to a growth one last month.

“I’m excited about our link up with Jonathan. He brings a wealth of experience to us that can only benefit the team and our clients. He has the tools to help us succeed,” explained Redfern.

“He has over 35 years of working in agencies, building and running a successful agency until exiting last year.”

“We believe his guidance will kickstart a growth spurt and position us as one of the top independent agencies in the North West.”

The web and inbound marketing agency was founded 14 years ago and employs 14 staff.

“When I met Sean and fellow director Alex a few months back, I was pleased to see that they already had a good track record, a great product and a great team,” said Leafe.

“With my help as their business consultant, mentor and agency specialist, I know I can add significant value to their business.“
