Transport for London has shortlisted four agencies for its creative account.

The transport body called a statutory review of its creative business in August, with the process handled by the Official Journal of the European Union, with help from AAR.

Adam & Eve/DDB, M&C Saatchi, Ogilvy and the incumbent, VCCP, have all been shortlisted.

VCCP has had the account since 2016 - before that, M&C Saatchi held the business for 15 years.

The brief for the three-year, through-the-line account includes cinema and radio advertising, social media, print design and below the line work.

When the review was called, TfL's head of customer marketing and behaviour change, Miranda Leedham, said it was "taking this opportunity to ensure that we have the best arrangements in place to meet future challenges and ensure best value”.

VCCP’s work for TfL has included its ‘Ultra Low Emission Zone’ (pictured), which focused on the poor quality of London’s air.
