SYZYGY London has been appointed by the V&A as its digital media agency partner for a two-year contract.

SYZYGY will draw on its ‘digital architect’ skill set, applying a data-driven approach to the museum’s marketing models to maximise its online reach.

The work encompasses PPC and SEO to enhance online engagement and cement the V&A as a key destination for families, tourists and the wider public.

The agency will also help the V&A to make their online collections more accessible than before, to engage more people with the objects and stories from the V&A collection.

SYZYGY secured the brief by presenting an expansive digital strategy which focused on maximising the use of the museum’s Google Ad Grants.

Kati Price, Head of Digital Media and Publishing for the V&A, says “We’re really looking forward to working with SYZYGY. The team have demonstrated real passion for the V&A and its work and impressed us with their strategic approach to maximising our online visibility and exposure.”

Will Bunnage, Digital Planner for SYZYGY, adds, “It is an absolute privilege to be working with such an influential cultural icon and we can’t wait to get started. The team are real fans of the V&A and we are confident that our unique “digital architect” approach to planning will accelerate online visibility for this well-regarded UK destination, and ultimately increase memberships and footfall.”
