Remote Leadership in times of crisis (online)
Many businesses assume that we can 'work from home' as if we were operating under normal circumstances. With mass, ongoing, compulsory remote working in place, the experience for employees is very different to the occasional day working from home.
But what does this mean for your leadership style?
The reality is that new pressures, the logistics of home life and traditional support networks are disrupted, which in turn can disrupt your leadership style.
If you are managing your team remotely, you will need to develop new approaches, routines and behaviours to support individuals, foster strong, supportive teams and enable great work to be maintained. This course has been designed to help leaders through the sudden changes they are facing due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The course is delivered via Zoom. All you need is a computer, decent broadband connection and somewhere quiet to sit for each session.
The training is live and hosted by members of 4and20million, with opportunities to interact with the presenter and explore the ideas and themes discussed on-screen. Sessions are delivered to a maximum of 20 people at a time to allow time and space for questions and discussion.
All participants will receive follow up materials to reduce the need for note-taking and embed the learning.
