Group CTO leaves Karmarama to launch new tech consultancy
The Group CTO of Karmarama, a Farringdon Road-based ad agency, has left the company to launch Decoded Consulting.
Peter Dolukhanov was at Karmarama for two years and before that, worked in a variety of technical and management roles at the likes of Adobe, Kinetic, and Nice Agency.
Dolukhanov oversaw the growth and integration of Nice Agency, which had a portfolio of brand clients including Channel 4, UBS, Flybe and Ticketmaster, into Karmarama. Karmarama was then acquired by Accenture Interactive in 2016.
At Karmarama, Dolukhanov led and delivered the world’s first AI-moderated debate which was launched at SXSW 2019.
His ambition for Decoded Consulting is a modern technology leadership practice offering CTO services, helping businesses grow and scale using technology, digital products and services.
His new company will offer tech strategy and leadership services to agencies, brands and startups, and plans to work in close collaboration with brand, marketing, experience and product teams.
