Medialab picks Kirsty Spickett for newly created commercial director role

Medialab Group has appointed former Capital One Marketing lead and Starcom MediaVest Group Performance Director, Kirsty Spickett to the new role of Commercial Director. 

Spickett will work with existing Medialab clients and the agency leadership team to unlock transparent revenue growth for all parties.

Spickett joins from Blenheim Chalcot, a private equity company, where she led Marketing and Communications for a number of their ventures.

Proven track record

A proven Performance Marketing specialist, Spickett brings more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services, travel and pharmaceuticals sector, having built the performance marketing division at Starcom MediaVest Group. 

Prior to that, Spickett worked at Capital One, transforming the marketing operations into a highly advanced digital acquisition operation. She will report in to Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Orme.
“Kirsty has a reputation for understanding partners’ needs and creating media/marketing solutions to deliver successful outcomes”, said Orme. 

“Coupled with her expertise in client-side marketing, this makes her a perfect fit for the newly created Commercial Director role.”
