M&C Saatchi Performance names new Managing Partner

M&C Saatchi Performance has announced the promotion of former Head of Client Services, Andrew Platt, to Managing Partner of the division. 

Platt joined the business in April 2015 and in his former role as Head of Client Services, he was responsible for the agency’s outputs across all clients and channels. 

Leading a media team of 45, he has driven the business forward, delivering a market-leading performance product for M&C Saatchi Performance’s clients over the last four years.

Formerly PHD and Carat, Platt’s role as Managing Partner of Performance reflects the agency’s continued growth in the digital performance marketing industry following its rebrand from M&C Saatchi Mobile in 2018. 

Platt will be responsible for delivering incremental growth through user acquisition for the agency’s clients across all digital platforms, underpinned by a clear measurement framework. 

This includes the creative offering allowing for more opportunities to further intertwine creative and media strategies to maximise ROI.

“I am excited to build on the great work achieved to date here at M&C Saatchi Performance working on some of the biggest global brands”, Platt said. 

“The challenge ahead is to continue to maximise both efficiency (cost of conversions) and effectiveness (scale) for our clients through developing our creative, media planning and buying, and client product optimisations.”
