Ocado searching for new creative agency

Online supermarket Ocado is looking for a new creative agency.
Independent agency Now, which has worked with the brand since 2016, has turned down the chance to repitch for the business.
Now won the account in a four-way pitch against Creature, 101 and Havas Work Club. Ocado had previously handled its creative work in-house.
Last year, its campaign for Ocado used CGI characters to show how the online grocer's commitment to service enabled customers to save time, and featured a voiceover from former Great British Bake Off presenter Mel Giedroyc.
The news comes as Ocado prepares to split from Waitrose after agreeing to sell Marks & Spencer's products instead.
The deal will see M&S's grocery products available online for the first time.
